Privacy

Reading this website collects nothing. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking of any kind. The only information Kevis Ellison receives is what you deliberately send him — by filling in the contact form, calling, or emailing.

What browsing collects

Nothing. Every page here is a static file. There is no account to create and no script that records what you look at or how long you stay. Photographs, fonts, and property details are served from this site itself rather than pulled from an outside service, so simply reading these pages does not report your visit to any third party.

The contact form

The form at the bottom of the home page asks for your name and email, optionally your phone number, what you are interested in, and your message. Nothing is collected until you press Send.

When you do, the form is delivered by Formspree, a service that receives the submission and forwards it to Kevis Ellison by email. Your message passes through their systems on the way, so their privacy policy applies to that step. Kevis Ellison uses what you send to reply to you and to help with your real estate needs — nothing more.

If you would rather not use the form, calling or emailing directly reaches him the same way.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub's servers record technical information such as IP addresses in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. That logging is GitHub's, not Kevis Ellison's, and it is described in the GitHub Privacy Statement. Kevis Ellison does not have access to those logs.

When you get in touch

However you reach out, Kevis Ellison has whatever you share — typically your name, phone number or email address, and what you are looking for. That information is used to respond to you and to help with your real estate transaction. It is not sold, rented, or traded, and it is not shared except where it is necessary to carry out the work you have asked for (for example, with the brokerage, a lender, a title company, or where the law requires it).

Ask him to delete your details at any time and he will.

Links to other sites

Property cards on this site link out to listing pages on realtor.com and valleymls.com. Those are separate companies with their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. Once you follow one of those links you are subject to whatever that site does.

Children

This site is meant for adults conducting real estate business and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If the site ever starts collecting anything beyond what is described here — analytics, for instance — this page will be updated to say so, and the date at the top will change.
